The Hidden point of contact for clients: you hold briefs, dates and team together, look after the relationship with the company and make sure every delivery lands right.

You start by listening to the client to find positioning, messages and brand direction. You turn research and data into a clear plan the creative team can take into production.

You look after Hidden’s people: you find, meet and choose the right collaborators for our projects and follow them from the first call to joining the team. You build the right rules for a small team and a network of more than 100 talents. You also find the right creators for client projects, with an eye for who is real beyond the numbers.

You bring Hidden to local businesses: shops, studios, restaurants, beauty centres. You meet them, understand what they need and propose the right service, from social content to NowFidelity, the digital loyalty card. Then you hand the project over to the team.

Shoots in stores and on location in Milan and the surrounding area for retail, food and beauty clients: vertical reels and TikToks, with fixed days every month. You bring your own gear: a recent iPhone with a gimbal is fine, what counts is your eye and your consistency.

Vertical editing on briefs and formats already defined, with steady volumes, plus animation and motion graphics for social formats: titles, transitions, openings. You deliver remotely, on the agreed dates.

Editorial plans, scripts and tone of voice for the brands we follow, plus everyday social content: captions, formats, ideas for reels and TikToks. You write to be said out loud.

You run the social channels of the brands we follow: editorial calendar, publishing, community and results. You work side by side with copy, video and performance and bring clear reports to the client.

Fast websites, e-commerce, AI assistants and custom automations: tools that keep working when the team clocks off.

You set up and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google, and read the data to see what works. Tracking, dashboards and clear reports for the client.

Interfaces and prototypes for websites, e-commerce and digital products: from the user flow to the final file, in close contact with development.
